Today was my friend Rick's last race of his 2007 ultra season -- the Quad Dipsea. I ran by the start of the race on the way to my relatively short "long ride" of the weekend. It was so fun to see Rick and his ultra friends in action, even if just for a moment.
Rick, congratulations on a spectacular season.
