Jake is running in the US Half tomorrow. Jake, GOOD LUCK! I hope it's a great race and that you meet your goals for the event. (I am sure this will happen.)
We will be keeping an eye out for you on the bridge as we head north for our ride... don't be surprised if you hear people screaming.

Even more impressive knowing that you had to run up that ridiculous hill underneath the bridge. I hate that hill!
